    We recently moved to the area and met Eric through a completely seperate occasion. While we had some other realtors sending us listings and what not, Eric was the one who really took our first home purchase by the horns. Throughout the next 4months, Eric would make time at the most inconvenient hours for him, because they were convenient for us and our work schedule, in order to view dozens of properties we saw potential in. He helped us walk away from deals that he thought we'd regret, and continued working in the background when we thought deals had died already. In the end, no matter what the situation, Eric was the easiest and most respectful realtor I have ever met. No flashy sales pitches. No pushing us to purchase something just to get rid of us and make a sale. He walked with us every step of the way in order to make sure we were happy before, during, and well after our home purchase. I never felt like I couldn't reach him or discuss anything with him. The most approachable human you could ask for in one of the most stressful times in people's lives (especially in the Squamish market). Eric is the only person you need to purchase a home. Don't bother with other realtors. You'd just be wasting your time and expending 100x the energy you'd use if you just went with Eric the first time.

    I absolutely loved working with Eric! Eric felt like working with a friend rather than an agent. He was always available to answer any questions I had throughout the process of buying my new home and he was extremely accommodating working with me outside of business hours. I also really appreciated him going out of his way to offer his help even after the deal went through and I had moved in. He made a huge effort to make it very special when I received the keys to my new place. I was greeted with a warm smile and a HUGE gift basket with all my favourite things. I truly feel he bent over backwards to make sure my experience went as smoothly as possible. I couldn’t be happier working with Eric and I could not recommend him more. Very grateful to have been able to work with him.
