Hi, I'm Eric.

Random Facts

I'm a big coffee and whiskey and mezcal guy (not all together - that's weird). I got engaged in Japan, golfed (badly) in Scotland, and ran with the bulls in Pamplona. I have two cats named Mochi and Churro, they're good guys and they like their mom more than me. Some people say I'm TOO into John Mayer.

ME IN A NUTSHELL

I'm a (bad) golfer, big pet guy, coffee and whiskey nerd, and Real Estate Advisor in Squamish B.C, - helping people find their next home all along the Sea To Sky Corridor.

Back Story.

Like I mentioned earlier, I didn't plan on becoming a realtor. I was working in marketing—building websites and systems specifically for real estate agents. My neighbor happened to be in the business and casually said, "Why don't you just get your license? You already know all the marketing stuff." So I did. And here we are.

But let's back up. In 2020, when the world shut down, my girlfriend and I made a call: if we're going into lockdown, why do it in the city? So we packed up and headed to Squamish. We didn't know how long we'd stay but, well, we haven't left. Turns out, when you're surrounded by mountains, and good people, it's hard to go back.

Fast-forward to today, and real estate makes sense for me in a way I didn't expect. I spent years helping agents market themselves, so I knew the game. But what I didn't know was how much I'd care about helping people find the right place. Not just any place—the right one. The "F yeah" place.

Because here's the thing: real estate is expensive. Especially in Squamish. And it's not like it was for our parents. If you're buying here just hoping to ride some equity train without actually loving the place, don't. There are better investments. But if you love it here? If waking up to The Chief every morning is your "F yeah"? Then it makes sense. And I'll help you find it—no pressure, no rush, just honest advice and a hell of a lot of patience.

Now, as of 2025, I'm still doing the same damn thing—helping people buy homes in Squamish and along the Sea to Sky Corridor. And I still love it. Plus, I get to geek out about coffee, golf terribly, hang with my cats, and occasionally make cocktails for team-building events. Not a bad gig.

Making a move? Let's grab a coffee and connect!

Working with Eric to find our perfect home in Squamish was truly such a gift. From the very beginning, he took the time to really listen to our needs, understand our lifestyle, and guide us with patience and professionalism. Buying a home can be overwhelming, but Eric made the entire journey not only smooth but also genuinely enjoyable. What stood out the most was how present and available he was every step of the way. Whether it was answering our endless questions, scheduling viewings, or simply reassuring us when things felt uncertain, Eric was always there with kindness and clarity. He never made us feel rushed or pressured — instead, he gave us the space and confidence to make the decision that was right for us. His dedication and knowledge of the market were invaluable, but just as importantly, his warmth and understanding made the whole experience feel personal and memorable. Thanks to Eric, what could have been a stressful milestone became a truly exciting chapter in our lives. We are deeply grateful for everything he did for us, and we cannot recommend him enough to anyone looking for their dream home. With Eric, you’re not just working with a realtor — you’re working with someone who genuinely cares and will go above and beyond to help you find the right place to call home.

My partner and I had an excellent experience working with Eric for the purchase of our home. We weren't interested in rushing the process and never felt that Eric pressured us to make a decision faster than we were ready. Truly this was a two year process from the time we met him to the purchase date. We appreciated his patience with our many questions and willingness to chat through various scenarios, right up to closing. He is down to earth, and easy to chat with - this put us at ease. Eric put in countless hours and many late nights to get us where we are now and we can't thank him enough. 10/10 recommend!

The best real estate agent in Squamish, by far. Especially if you want to work with someone who is generous with his time, doesn't mind answering a million questions, and actually cares about your needs instead of rushing you through a transaction. 10/10 experience. Highly recommend.
